I can't quite express to you how relatable this is. I read a book called 'Women Don't Owe You Pretty' and it was such a stark difference to the mindset I had. Would totally recommend it, I don't agree with absolutely everything in it but it definitely shines a new light on this whole I need to baby everyone in my life mentality
